DISCOUNT SHIPPING

As a special offer to our customers, all purchases of the Hare Krishna! film DVD, Blu-ray & merchandise will receive a discount on shipping to both domestic (USA) and international addresses at the checkout.

If you are in the United States, use the code US-SHIPPING, for all orders.

If you are international, use the code WW-RETAIL-SHIPPING for retail orders and use the code WW-BULK-SHIPPING for wholesale orders.

GENERAL SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Reasons for returning items

#1 - Damaged or defective item received

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and exchange the item for a new one for free.

#2 - Incorrect item received

If you have received an incorrect item, that is different from the order you placed, we will pay the return shipping costs and exchange the item for the correct one for free.

#3 - Doesn't fit properly (only applicable to t-shirt sales)

If you have received a t-shirt that does not fit properly, you as the customer will have to pay the return shipping costs. Once the return is received, and we confirm it is returned as new and has never been worn, we will initiate a full refund for the amount of the original order.

Please note: we will not refund a t-shirt if it has been worn.

We do not exchange, so if you would like to order a different size, you will have to place another order for it through the site.

#4 - Item is not what you expected

If you have received an item that is not what you expected, you as the customer will have to pay the return shipping costs. Once the return is received, we will initiate a full refund for the amount of the original order.

If you need to return an item, please complete the form below with your full name, email and order number. To ensure your return is handled as quickly as possibly, in the question/comment section please only write the number of the reason for return, for example: #1 (for a damaged or defective item). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note: For refundable items, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
